You grant VersusHub a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and analyze that content in connection with the platform.

Some links on VersusHub are affiliate links. If you click or purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence the ranking or presentation of comparisons.

5. Disclaimers

Comparisons, specifications, and pricing information are provided “as is” and may change without notice. VersusHub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data, and is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on platform content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VersusHub and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the preceding twelve months (typically zero for consumer access).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VersusHub Labs, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
